South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust’s AGM and first annual members meeting

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and first annual members meeting on Wednesday 26 September 2012 at the Holiday Inn Reading West, Padworth Lane, Bath Road, Reading RG7 5HT.  The event will start at 1pm and conclude at 4pm.All members of our trust are welcome to attend, as well as friends, family members, stakeholders and any interested members of the public.

The event will provide an excellent opportunity to meet with our staff, view presentations and hear about our organisation from the Trust Board and our governors.  The event will also include a presentation of our annual report and accounts for 2011-2012.

A range of emergency vehicles together with stands manned by Community First Responders and ambulance staff will be available to view after the presentations. Attendees will be able to get their blood pressure checked, to find out more about our '999 Misuse costs lives' campaign and much more.

The Annual General meeting will be preceded by a public board meeting which will start at 10.00am and conclude at 12.30pm. A full agenda for the day is available on our web site  at:
