Publication Scheme

Our publication scheme has been produced in line with section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, under which the Information Commissioner has approved a new model publication scheme for use by all public authorities from 1 January 2009.

This publication scheme is divided into two parts:
Part one: Introduction and guide to the Scheme
Part two: Classes of Information.

The classes we will be using are:

• What are our priorities and how we are doing
• How we make decisions
• Our Policies and Procedures
• Lists and Registers
• The services we offer
